I’m Ed Smith, a Sacramento car accident lawyer. On July 19, a subcommittee in the U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill to allow increased testing of autonomous motor vehicles on roads in the United States. The bill could be taken up by the Energy and Commerce Committee next week.
